Train like a Spartan in Greece!
Don’t stop training while you are on holidays. Our onboard qualified fitness trainer will lead structured fitness activities. Varying each day, activities include nature based fitness challenges such as a mountain hike or cycling, cardio fitness, guided gym session or our Red Med Sailing mini triathlon.
But it’s not all training while onboard. Enjoy daily swim stops, explore local culture and cuisine featuring the Mediterranean diet and maybe the odd glass of Ouzo.
